Mine says:

V20SR

Then underneath, some character that's cut off, then V202526

W3005 is written perpendicular to the others

Also has a ripped sticker that leads with 292 (handwritten)

It's about 60.25" long and weighs in at 464g. So by weight it's comparable to a full-length CCM 10.0 and pro-stock One90 I've had.

WHich Just Hockey ? I kno of the one at Don Mills, and the one on Steeles, is the one your talking about ether of those ?

Yeah, I was just in there today and saw that curve and I looked at the guy who works there (the stuttery guy if anyone has been to the steeles location), and he said it's for toe drags. I want to buy one soon in that pattern but I want some advice on how the hell you could shoot with something like that. I mean would the puck roll of the hook on the toe and change directions or flutter around? Is it something you have to get used to?

get uses to it.

Seriously, thats a pretty nice curve. Not so much for shooting, but for dangles

i've really worked on my shot a lot lately, but i find i score most of my goals from in pretty close anyway. so it'll probably be helpful for other things. & if kovy really does use something like that, he doesn't sem to have much problem shooting, heh.

Maybe it's just me, but none of the ones I've used or picked up have felt "right" to me. It may be the extreme glossy coating, because my shots were okay, but the stick never felt "right".

That's the Kovalchuk curve? I remember seeing a different Kovalchuk curve at National Sports recently. The blade is straight until the last 1.5" to 2" or so where it bends almost 90 degree to create that hook.

here's what i just PM'd someone who was asking about it. my initial reactions to using it.

i used it for the first tim tonite. honestly, it's not all i thought it'd be. shots are decent, once you learn to control it. one timers are good becasue they get up high, as expected if you watch him play. but overall basic control of it is really rough. like touch passes & stuff. it takes a lot more to get it to move, since the curve is sooo so far up front. but dangles are obviously kinda fun.

Just got the Saprykin.. And it's absolutely nuts. It makes my Smyth look like a Forsberg.

It's an incredibly deep toe curve, a lot like a LH Kovalchuk, but deeper.

I just bought a Pro stock J. Marshal at National sports for $99.

Under the end cap in the shaft is printed "WOM3026 FLEX 100"

They had a couple there with a 260 flex but the one I picked up seamed more like a 280 (which i like),not a 100 flex like it is printed on the inside of the shaft, the others on the rack felt more stiff.

Is this a real Dolomite? Or did I pick up something else dressed up as a Dolomite?
