hows the one90 in term of blood circulation?  i would think the veins on top of the forefoot may be cut off by the zero negative space.

There is absolutely no problem with cutting off blood circulation. In simple terms, the one90 has been designed to eliminate negative space where needed and the wrap around the top of the foot has been designed for flex and circulation.
