Anyone getting virus alerts...

Been happening to me the past two days. I get on this site and my virus scanner pops up saying I got a Trojan and it's blocked it, tried cleaning, or moved the file. The files are ie[1].ani and ie[1].htm. It's all fine, cause it's located in the Temporary Internet Files and I can clean them out. I'm thinking it's from here cause I just cleaned out everything and first site I get on is this one, and the messages alert pop up again.
