Most ridiculous prices ever

Recommended Posts

i decided to finally check out mad dogs source for sports today, its probably the newest sports store in the are here (coquitlam, suburb of vancouver). Boy was it worth it. I actually laughed out loud in the store after seeing the prices for the following sticks.

i feel bad for whoever actually paid that much

Well, you have to take into account the fact that the sticks have to be shipped to australia. Plus, we ALL KNOW that importers HAVE to take a cut... :(

It really depends on where you shop. Some places will sell something for 300 tha you can find at National Sports for 230 so it depends.

7k for 200

syNergy 300 for 100 at most places

Ha... thats outrageous, I also live in Coquitlam, and I've been at mad dogs once and I know they just do that because they want some idiot to think its a sale, Personally, I think thats a joke - even if they say they have good prices - there are places that are cheaper, for some advice next time furlanitalia, try Cyclone on north road, they actually have surprisingly the best prices, or Larrys in Noth Van for a good deal - even though it's far. The hockey shop in surrey is my favourite for selection, but price is usually not the most favorable.

Speaking of Larrys do they still have a website? When I was up in Seattle taking the odd trip up to Vancouver I would always stop in there. Great service and prices were pretty good.
