New CCM Vector HSV10 Sticks

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

2 questions - does anyone know the weight of the current CCM Vector 10 Senior stick?

Also, Im just wandering if anyone knows anything about the new CCM HSV range of sticks (Im specifically interested in the HSV10). Are these the new '07 range or some sort of SMU(special make up) model?

So far the specifications for the new HSV10 seem to be exactly the same as the current Vector 10:

The new HSV's only seem to be available with a Lemieux or Ovechkin blade, not a huge range to choose from but perhaps these are the just the first models off the factory floor?

I've got an uncut Sr. Reg. Recchi 10.0. It weighs in at 460g, mind you at 60" to the heel, it's the longest stick I've ever seen. I'm contemplating selling it because it would probably end up too stiff once cut for my height.

i thought v10 was more lighter than 460. more like 410-425.

Thats what I had read on other forums and sites but there's no "official" word on the CCM web site or community forums.

No way it weighs 425g - it's unbelievably long due to no end plug. As a side note, I've never run into any shaft, blade, or stick that weighs as advertised. (even when end plugs are removed)
