It didn't leave the edges jagged or anything did it? Cause there was a thread about some modified Itech ones and were speculating whether or not we could make a custom aviator cut ourselves.

no jagged edges for me.. it depends on what tool you use. you can cut and polish with a dremels so its up to you. this protects my eyes even if my bucket is shifted back. doesnt fog up either

Well with your experience would it be feasible to make your own avaiator cut like kovalchuk and hossa have? so don't gotta worry bout jagged edges, just worried about scratching the thing beyond usage. would the polishing get rid of the cut edge look and make it look clear like it is on the bottom of your visor? honestly, would give it a try on my old visor just to see if it works, but dont wanna both if it's gonna f- it up.

well its possible yeah, depends on the time and effort you want to put into making it perfect. all i did was cut the vents off the top and clean it up a little. far from perfect but got the job done. i personally wouldnt touch the cut of the visor itself

spacers like that should be included in most visor packages but if not hardware stores usually carry them
