Helmet Padding Replacement?

Just wondering: Do you know of any places that sell replacement padding for the interior of helmets? I have an old helm that has the padding fall off. Are they sold in LHSs?

No one sells it because it will void the certification. You best bet is to buy some ITECH goalie mask foam and use that.

Its really to bad because the padding inside does get stiff (bauer 5000 and 8000) and it would be nice to put that epp foam in instead

Generally speaking, how long does the padding in one of those helmets last? The padding in my 5000 is still soft...just over a year using it. I play a couple times a week.

i got mine begining of septmber and the padding on the forehead is starting to get stiff. its not that its uncomfortable or anything but it is wierd that it doesn't stay soft.
