Modo and Metallurg Magnitogorsk Jerseys

Does anyone know if the authentic jerseys, the ones that the players on the actual teams wear, if the names and numbers are Dye sublimated/thermo applied/silk screened on, or if they are stitched? I'm looking to buy a couple jerseys one of each team and I found some with the names and numbers put on with either one or 2/3 of the ways i mentioned above, the seller for the modo jersey said that it isnt a replica and the players do use jerseys with names and numbers silk screened, and the seller for the metallurg jersey said the players for metallurg use jerseys with the name and numbers and dye sublimated and thermo applied. I just want to make sure I'm not buying those crappy replica jerseys with the numbers pressed on when the real ones are stitched. Hopefully my question is clear. Thanks.

The numbers and name of the MODO jersey should be stitched.. All Swedish elit Team's order their Jerseys stitched and game ready directly from the manufacturer, which in Modos case would be CCM since 2004.

My favourite team in the "Elitserie" Lulea Hockey had a break in, a couple weeks ago. Bartecko's, Sorovy's and a few other player's home jerseys got stolen. The team could not play, in their regular home jerseys for 2 weeks. Cause? New jerseys must be stitched up and shipped to Sweden.

I dont know if the adds are stitched or pressed on the jerseys. But the name and numbers should have a cloth centre with stiched outlines.

are you very sure about the modo jerseys? i looked at pictures on getty images and although i couldnt find amazing ones, but from the ones i saw they name and numbers dont look stitched.

the number and names itself aren't stiched, but the edges of the letters/nr's are stiched. The nr/name should have a CLOTH CENTRE with STITCHED EDGES

Mistake by me... MODO are sponsored by REEBOK this year..

Pretty sure the real RSL jerseys have dye-sublimated names/numbers.

Ok.. I tought you ment this years jersey.. The pictured jersey doesn't have the M-real add on the shoulders, so it is a few years old. I hav no clue then..

I wasn't talking about a specific year, just during the lockout or before he came to the nhl.

I have a number of game used Russian and German jerseys in my collection and all the numbers are dye sublimated. A few have some sponsor patches sewn on, but mostly all sublimated. Most crests and team logos are also sublimated. I do have one jersey from AK Bars that the crest is sewn on. The name plates are sublimated on to material then sewn on the jersey. Hope this helps.

yes it helps a lot thank you. so from what I'm gathering the real metallburg jerseys are dye sublimated and the modo jersey so far im getting that the real ones are stitched. does anyone know any differently than this? and I'm not talking about this year or last year, at least the lockout or earlier.
