Itech RBE visors

Recommended Posts

I have experience with the HLC...which isn't that bad for what it is. But i see lotta guys switching to the HLC in my league, seems half hate it and go back to cages while the other half seem ok and keep it, but they almost always tilt it, think it semi-distorts or gets in the way a bit.

Btw, how's the conversion to composite sticks.

Here's a few responses on epuck: http://www.epuck.com/webapp/wcs/stores/ser...categoryId=3302

Ain't got a clue what's it stand for...but I liked the HLC since I could flip it up when I was on the bench. Fogging is never an issue for me, using the HLC or my visor combo...just smear shampoo on the inside and buff off, never had a problem. But for the RBE itself...might be a bit more of an issue since it's bigger and you'll be breathing on it.

Composite shafts eh? How'd the V2 go?

I'm rocking a Bauer Endure shaft with an RbK 5K Datsyuk blade. Me likey.

I'm leaning towards gettin gthe RBE Pro shield since it won't break the bank and I just want to see how I like it vs. a full cage. I'll probably end up sticking with a cage since I don't have dental

yeah, RBE pro is pretty good. it's got the anti scratch outside and anti-fog inside.

some people say the optics are a little distorted on the RBE visors, but most people say they never notice it.

I have one and the visuals are pretty good for the price, not as good as my oakley 2.0 obviously but it gets the job done. Might wanna pick up that itech fog spray while your at it

I had one a few years back until I got a stick blade put through my chin just below the lip. It's a good shield for the money, and performed well enough.I would definitely get the fog spray as suggested before. It does lack the "cool" factor of the higher end visors.
