did you see him the other night? He was standing at the other team's far post, and he knelt down on one knee... no one even noticed him down there... he pops up out of nowhere and almost collected a pass in front all alone.

nope...didnt catch that.

I recall the other game though, he used his bottom hand(left hand) to reach out his stick and catch a pass to get more reach...never seen that before.

yeah, it wasn't nearly as nice. He got tripped up and fell to one knee shot from one knee and beat Homer 5-hole. It really didn't have much on it but it shows that Sid doesn't quite... That's one of the reasons why I like a lot of these rookies that are coming into the league right now. Ovvie, Sid and Malkin lead the list of young guys that just don't give up on plays, especially Sid and Ovvie.
