Bauer SB60 shoulder pads size L - anywhere in stock?

Greatskate seems to have them in stock but they wont ship to Germany ...

So does anyone know a place where i could find some bauer SB60 in size L?

Or maybe someone who lives near Greatskate could pick one up and send them to me (germany)?

That would be a BIG favor, and needless to say you would get some extra bucks for that?!

Greatskate in Sweden has them... not in the webshop, but it's in the catalouge. They also have the sher-wood 5030's. Send them an e-mailinfo@greatskate.se.. I think the ship all over europe, but im not sure

I'm wondering how these pads would compare to Sher-Wood 5030 Traditions?

There are pretty big differences. The NBsp60 is a bit shorter wich leaves the lower ribs totally unprotected. It also have smaller shoulder caps, but much longer and stiffer upper arm protection..

The thickness of the pad is about the same as on the 5030's, which mean -no chest or rib protection worth mentioning..

The shoulder cap and upper arm protector is nice but the rest sucks...

I never saw the SW 5030s in person but when i compare my teammates SB60 to my Jofa/RBK 4Ks the base of the pad (foam around your ribs) has the same thickness. the width of the hard plates (behind the laces) where also similar to my 4K but shorter length wise. On top of the shoulder/clavicle is not much padding on both pads. and obviously theres a huge difference in the shoulder caps (what i like).

I never had a problem with chest/rib protection with the 4K, only when i dont see the hit coming (head down ...) but that will probably hurt with any pad!

So i hope i wont regret buying the SB60!
