I don't think the Hawks even resigned Daze. He was an UFA. No offers.

I wouldn't say chronic back problems. It was more of a mis-diagnosis...he had a herniated disk and they got the fixed up, but the symptoms didn't clear up and winds up the doctor didn't realize there were two bad disks so they had to go in and do it all over again. In the local paper it says he will be back by next week.

Yeah..last year in his contract. Prob next year Kris Russell, in the WHL league right now, now takes his place. He was one of the last cuts this year so unless he stinks up the place....

Fantasy hockey for you too huh? I also hope he puts up the points, but lets face it, Ken Hitchcock doesnt play run and gun style like Berard is known for. So who knows...I think its really going to be hit or miss...
