paypal, withdrawling?

I am fairly new to paypal. I understand the whole concept of everything, but i dont have a verified account yet because i cant figure out what name i should write for my bank. I says to write the name that it is on the bank file? whats a bank file and how do i get a hold of one? I have my cheques and everything i just need to know the name of my bank on file. I just wanna know how you guys found it out the file name of your bank on file, and btw im with the Caisse Populaire bank..

The odds are it's the name of the bank on the cheques, but it's possible that your bank is owned by another bank. Call your local branch and ask for their assistance.
