hi, i just bought some factory halo's off a website and played on them today

2 of the wheels just fell apart and i need to contact them.

what do i do?

what's the customer service # for factory? and their website?

I like their website actually, definately weird, but also unique. What surface were you playing on?

Email Shayne, he should be able to help you out. His email is on the website. What duro are you using? Im using the 76a and after a few games they've been great so far.

you all sould use rink rats, they have the best grip in the world. and after 4 club games and 2 tournments they still grip like they were brand new. also they very rarely crack, unless u do those stops with one foot.

the only down side with rink rats on sportcourt is if they don't clean the floor the sportcourt dust gets on you wheels and when you go to stop you slide a little, but a little rubbbing alchol on a rag, and a quick whipe down and your back in the game.

even tho they are very expensive ($80 for a full set of rinkrat hornets) they last 10 times longer than dynastys.
