Is the Warrior Flex ratings system the same as Easton?

Is an 85 flex Warrior = to an 85 flex Easton (87 Flex NB)?

Try the flex chart, but I find all my 85 flex warriors whippier

the flex chart doesn't list Warrior... I heard somewhere else that people find their 85 flex warriors to be whippier, I was hoping it was equal to my 87 flex NB XX & XXX

300 = 85 Easton

280 = 90 Easton

Or something like that. But some of the dolos have 85 on them as oppossed to 300 so I have no idea

yea, that's what I was confused about... the pro stock seem to have the big numbers, but the retail I got was 85 or 100

Many have said that warriors are actually stiffer than their easton counterparts. I found them to be about the same, maybe the warrior was a touch stiffer. My 100 flex dolo feels like an 80 at this point though, as it's been heavily used.

guys i found out the difference from playing with my warrior and easton sticks

if its 85 flex no taper easton vs 85 flex warrior no taper, warrior is slightly stiffer.

if the easton ops has a long taper ie stealth, synergy sl, etc, the 100 flex easton will feel like an 85 warrior ops

He's saying an 85 Dolo (tapered) against an 85 flex Synthesis/Synergy II (tapered) will feel stiffer because its taper is not as long. It's a valid point.

I don't know I cut my prostock Dolomite(Inno 1100) 85 flex the same length as my Synergy II Shaft 85 flex and the Dolo feels whippier. Even with the couple inchs I took off the Dolo feels like an 85 while the Synergy feels like my Mission M2 100 Flex.

That's shaft length though and not taking into account the possibility of a difference in taper length.

yeap! precisely why i'm gonna be hesistant to switch from one brand of stick to another from here on... unless i can get the shaft thickness dimensions...

Dolomites arent OPSs.. the Synthesis and Synergy II shaft are identical except the paint is different.

The Dolos, AKs are two pieces. Not sure about the Starskie or the Royale. Well they're fused two piece sticks, you can pull and replace the blades.

starskie is a reprayed dolomite, royale also has a visible fuse point iirc.

SLs are also fused two pieces.

the synthesis and synergy II are NOT the same shaft. slightly different shape, not sure on length of the taper though. Synthesis mimics the original Synergy, whereas the Synergy II mimics the SL.
