Noob curve pattern question...

Recommended Posts

I've only been playing as an adult for 6 months or so now but I've become pretty comfortable with the CCM Joe Thornton pattern, I bought my first one for the length but have grown quite accustomed to the blade curve now.

The problem is I've been breaking them lately, two in the last month.

I'm serious enough now to pony up the cash and grow out of wood sticks to composites, can anyone recommend something in another brand that is pretty much the same curve/pattern?

Wood patterns don't always exactly match their composite partner. But, the Easton Yzerman is similar but they are few and far between now. Try the pattern database on here.

If you go RBK, look for Bergeron (re-named for '07), or Amonte (the '06 named) patterns.. should be the same as CCM's Thornton.

If you're using IE, the buttons on the bar don't always show up. Hover over the yellow bar and slide the mouse along it to pick it up if you don't see it.
