GRAF G3's

I had a chance to look at these yesterday they lookted great but they were verry soft for a graf skate are the g5's the same way ?

No the G5 will be stiffer but next time please use search button, there are a lot of topics on the G series

Depends what you mean by "soft". I tried on both the 705 and G5 and thought the liner in the G5 to be more comfortable out of the box than the 705.
