Old Rbk Glove Question

I just picked up a pair of the old model rbk gloves from ebay. they were advertised as 5k's but they definitely aren't stock 5k's since they have plastic inserts, full leather palms, and no "breath-thru" mesh holes on the top... the rbk logo on the cuff is also fully stitched as is the one on the side of the thumb and there aren't any other markings on the cuff where it would say 5k, 6k etc, and no nhl shield... basically i'm just trying to figure out what i ended up with. not stock 5k's, not 6k's since they're leather. don't think they're 8k's because of the palms. Anyone else come across some pro returns like these? I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow if i have time... Thanks.

p.s. - is the 2006 rbk catalog up anywhere? (i checked in the 2006 folder, not there...)

6k Nylon was the NHL stock glove.

so if they're not nylon but they look very pro-stock... what might i have stumbled upon?

sure no problem, they appear to be the same rbk leather pro returns that are for sale on ewh... the person i got them from on ebay said he got them from someone else on ebay so i don't know exactly where the trail leads but if you check out the pic of the gloves on eastwest, the only difference between them and mine is i don't have "rbk" sewn into the cuff, but it's on the thumb instead... seeing as how the seller thought they were a version of 5k's, i got a steal...
