Painting Hockey Goals

Does anyone here know what kind of paint should be used to repaint our hockey goals (not the netting, just the frames)?

Any painting tips for this job would be appreciated.

i used several coats of red spraypaint, the other paint will chip alot easier, thats what i found anyways

Should I apply anything after using the spray paint to prevent chipping or the paint from coming off onto the pucks? It'll be used for inline hockey.

When painting almost anything, multiple light coats will turn out better than 1 heavy one.

Rust-Oleum spray works the best as far as spray painting goes

Whenever I want paint to really stick to something, I get epoxy spray paint. Sometimes they call it appliance paint. In any event, once it dries it is really tough! Just don't breath it in while painting!

Use spray paint designed for outdoor use that is water resistant. Several light coats, and for best results a couple of clear coats to seal the paint nicely.
