i tried several times already, they only show it in certan territories, unfortunatley for me, they don't over here in manila.

If you are trying to watch your local team on yahoo, you need to change your address in your yahoo profile so it's not that city (blackout rules). Just pick a non NHL US City and it should work, keep trying until it does. If you are out of country use the proxy list, which I think gets updated.

Also I just saw an ad that The Islanders now have Islanders TV on their web site to stream older games and other shows. I'm sure other teams do the same.
