Hockeyman9621 0 Report post Posted March 31, 2007 Wouldn't it tell you what it's supposed to do and how much to take on the bottle? He says 4 in the morning on an empty stomach, then 4 more at lunch. That's the recommended amount and he wants to see if anyone has personal recommendations. He got the crap for free so really he's wondering if he should take it or not. It's regualar $115CDN in stores.

swede 49 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 4 tabs/capsuels before breakfast, 4 tabs/capsuels (on empty stomach) 45minutes before exercise..But this product is not suitable for any endurance sport, so stay away from it during season.. Why? Beacuse High dosages of arginin expands the veins which mean that more blood will get in to the muscles and create a massive pump.. NO products (nitric oxide) are only suitable for powersports.I made the misstake to use a NO-product before an ice session. 1/2 hour in to the practice, my legs were so pumped up that i could barely move.. Monty22 833 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 Why is your "friend" interested in taking something if he dosen't know what it does?
usahockey22 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 It won't do any harm, but it also isn't going to help really...he might look a bit more muscular than normal while he's taking it, as it will cause more of a "pumped up" look. Once he stops, the effect will stop too. If you want better pumps on top of increased strength, power, and endurance, then creatine & citrulline malate work very well together. willy0314 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 didn't you post another one of these threads and i told you how worthless that stuff is about a month ago?or my post was deleted out of this thread some how....very odd. Anyways, the point is, dont waste your money or you friends money by putting questionable majic wieghtlifting stuff into your body. The majority of these products are nothing but over hyped crap. You cant beat a solid diet and the attitude that you want to rip things up in the gym. go to bodybuilding.com, their message board is great. There is a ton of good information on there. Sport specific, weight lifting, diet, supplements ect. The people on there call bullshit on the crap products the website sells all the time. Not to mention, the store is a hell of alot cheaper then the over priced trash at gnc.
