Itech Visor Warranty?

Hello,

I've been wearing an Itech straight visor for about a month, and the plastic cracked and broke where it mounts to the helmet in one of the four spots. Does anyone know if this is covered under the warranty? I had the visor mounted correctly with the spacers, but after a game I noticed it was very loose and the plastic was cracked and broken in one spot. I'd like to know if it will be covered, but it's probably not worth sending if Itech won't cover it. If Itech won't cover it, I'll just tighten down the 3 bolts that will still hold it on.

How tightly did you have the hardware on?

snug, but I could still move the visor up and down a bit during the game.
