Langenbrunner15 0 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 I looked through many threads and couldnt' find all the answers I was looking for.I am wanting to how these gloves fit compared to retail gloves.Easton- http://cgi.ebay.com/EASTON-AUTHENTIC-PRO-H...1QQcmdZViewItemI read in a thread that they were Easton 800s or 500s?Which Synergy Line is this?Easton- http://cgi.ebay.com/Pro-Return-Easton-Air-...1QQcmdZViewItemI can't find links right now...but the pro RBK gloves that have RBK on the cuff with the sign on it too...are those the same fits as the 9K's?Now I know that each player has them fit to their needs and such, but as a general rule, what is the average fit like? Like do the Pro Stock eastons have the shorter fingers as the retails do or no?
Edge 0 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 From what I've noticed...The pro stock Eastons fit much looser than the retail ones. Retail Easton gloves seem pretty tight on me while the pro stock ones I've tried on are more open. Also the retail Eastons sometimes tend to have very short fingers and I don't notice that on the Eastons. The "Big E" gloves are called 800 pros I believe. They are completely different from the retail 800s. Very nice gloves. They have different model RbKs with both logos on them. I've seen a couple pairs that are the same segmented design as the 9ks(just with a pro palm) and then I've seen a traditional 4-roll model with the double logo... Fit seemed pretty similar to the 9k nylon versions from the ones that I've seen.
TBLfan 25 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 The '07 retail Easton gloves don't have those short fingers. They are slightly longer.
cougarscaptain87 12 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 edge got it from what i can tell aswell. i have the the pro stock easton from eastwest hockey, and comparing them to the 500's or the 800's they are much looser fitting, and the fingers also feel roughly 1/3 in longer. i also havethe rbk gloves ewh had and they feel identical to the 9k

Langenbrunner15 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2007 Thanks for all the answers guys. Does anyone know if the Pro Stock Eastons fit anything like the RBK 6K gloves? I want that same type of fit preferably but with better protection..I feel every wack on my fingers with the 6ks...and than if i go into the boards in a wierd way, my thumb almost gets jammed. cougarscaptain87 12 Report post Posted May 2, 2007 the easton fits looser in general. i also found out that they seem soo loose that i could have gotten away with a 13'' (i could wear a 15'' rbk) they are definatly one of the biggest gloves ive felt. TBLfan 25 Report post Posted May 3, 2007 as cougarscaptain said, they are looser. Gloves with a similar fit would be other RBKs, Vectors and if you don't mind going tighter NBH supremes and Vapor XXs(looser than the supreme series).
