Helmet Sizing

Well My friend has an old 652 helmet and a very narrow head. He needs a new helmet this year but he can't find one to match the narrowness of his head. Anyone know of any helmets that might fit him? Thanks.

Is it possible to go the custom route with helmet's tp fit his head? JR ? Maybe he could get any new model of helmet with some extra padding to fit his narrow head shape?

I think it's actually the 492. Same exact helmet so why not stick with the same thing?

actually, I find the 692 to be slightly wider than the 652. They also aren't the same shell, the 652 looks more like the HT2 and the 692 looks more like the HT400, both without the tool-less adjustment.

I heard somewhere that most companies were widening their helmets and it is hard to come by something that wouuld soot him.
