Any difference between Mission L-2 and Z-2 shafts?

Is this just a paint job for the new year? is all the same as far as construction (shaft diameter), flex, and durability?

Z-2 is lower end and made with more fiberglass. VERY boxy too. A huge difference in shape compared to the l-2. Almost felt plasticy to me.

The V-Hex shaft will be more comparable to the L-2 in terms of materials and performance. (the blades are different as well, combining the technology of the hex-1 blade and the pulse blade) I haven't seen one in person yet, so I can't say anything about the shaft shape.

what kinda shape is the L2? is it rounded?

the L2 is dropped in price and i am looking to pick it up

i just picked up an L-2 from hockeymonkey 90 bucks 2 blades cant beat the price.i like it and to me the blade has good feel others might disagree with that though.i say go for it i dont think you'll be dissapointed.
