Easton 70 flex

What's the Easton 70 flex feel like?

Lately I've been using CCM regular flex, RBK regular flex, Gear 100 flex, and in the past I've used Easton 100 flex. I'm flirting with the idea of going lower in flex to see if I can get better control of my shots.

However, one time I used a Christian (?--can't recall exactly) with intermediate/whip flex. I couldn't shoot straight with that thing at all and I never used it again beyond that one warmup.

I weigh about 155, but I'm short and cut my a few inches off my sticks which should stiffen them up a bit.

It feels like a 70 flex.

Try an Easton 85 flex.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the CCM/RBK regular flex is supposed to be comparable to the Easton 85. If this is true, then I don't really remember the transition from Easton 100 to CCM/RBK regular (85) being particularly noticeable.

To clarify my question above, I'm mostly concerned whether or not the 70 flex is too close to being considered an intermediate flex or if bends more like an extra flexy senior stick.

it's a bit whipper than a TPS whip flex or a CCM mid flex. Just look at the flex chart.

i agree with bombit, try an 85 . then from there, if you still want whippier, go for 70
