RBK 6K or the new X-pulse

Recommended Posts

You coulda asked in your other thread.........

And go try it on and see what you want. X-Pulse is more like the old Vector and it'll be a bit different than the 6k.

The 6k is pretty much thir entry level pad this year, the XPulse is thier top shelf stuff. There's no real comparison. The 6k chest looks pretty flimsy to me but the legs seem alright. I haven't seen any XPulse stuff yet, most of the netminders I know love Brain's and Vaughn.

There's a senior level X-Pulse too. I mean...I guess if you were ordering, then your in a bit of a jam without trying them on. I would say X-Pulse you get a little more flex, but there are other differences too...

it all depends on what kind of goalie you are and how much money you really wanna spend on pads.... personally i dislike rbk but if i had to choose between the 6k and the x-pulse i would go x-pulse only becuase if you buy the 6k your getting the worse version of the permiere, but thats just me.

The xpluse is not at all like the vector, totally different pad. I tried on both the 6k and xp6 the other day, both are nice pads. Good for the occasional player, not for 5 times a week.
