Ive been seeing used Vapor XXX's at a LHS, and I was wondering if it is possible to re-bake skates ? Will it in any way damage them ? Im looking for a 2nd pair of high end skates for pond hockey / roller hockey.

ya but ive read somewere if you bake them more than twice they become very weak

if your gonna use them for pond hockey go ahead its not gonna affect much performance considering the fact that its for outdoors.

The damage to the blades causes you to need to grind them down more. So the blades last less.

if you buy used skates that broke into somebody elses foot, will baking them reverse that effect?

It wont change much, if your foot and the previous persons foot, have major differences in shape it will change, if it's similar it will change very little to none. But if the skate is used very heavily it wont mold at all, as there will be nothng left to break-in.
