i've called numerous times and the wait has been hours. I emailed for an RA number and its been about 1 or 2 weeks.

Anyone know what to do from here?

a call should take max 20 mins, call from your hoem phone and wait...and don t call during peak hours

I broke a Stealth a couple of weeks ago and was on speakerphone for an hour with Easton trying to get an RA.

I called them to warranty a stick the other day, and gave up after 10 min. of waiting.

I gave the website warranty return thing and it's been 2 days...so we'll see.

I go directly to Easton Canada plant, within half a day they usually ship me replacement :)

you can definitely wait on the phone for a hour trying to get a RA from easton. Its hit or miss with them. Sometimes i wait two minutes other times i wait for 45 minutes. the easiest way is to just go online. usually within a day or two youll get a response.

I was waiting to post until I got a response from Easton, but...

I broke my SL on Wednesday, exactly 30 days after I ordered it. It didn't arrive until May 4th, which would have been 26 days. It shouldn't matter, since both fall within the 30 day limit, but does anyone know if they base their warranty on when you order the stick vs. when UPS actually delivers it? I have receipts for both, but haven't heard from them since I put my claim in on Wed....
