Bauer Intermediate shaft + Jr. or Sr. blades?

Recommended Posts

I'm interested in a Bauer one90 intermediate shaft (online), but I don't know what kind of blade it would take: junior or senior. I tried searching. Maybe I just use the wrong keywords.

I am 99% sure that it takes senior blades. I can only think of the synthesis shaft that didn;t take senior blades it took its own special Intermediate blades. All intermediate shafts I know of take seniors.

I didn't think I cut it that high?? about 2 inches below the L in SL (I know I put ST before, but I meant SL!!) it was cut right at the point where the little sponge piece is ontop of the blade hossle!! I don't think I could have cut it any shorter??

Oh!! and the blade is a woodie!

Im not sure about how high his was cut but remember, easton changed the arrangement of the graphics on the SL when it became "new and improved". just a reminder :D

Thanks. The reason why I was not sure was because I think Mission currently uses or used to have Jr. blades for Int. shafts like the L-2.

Not Possible!!! Where would you cut it?? I tried lower, but it was still solid.. I just slowly kept moving up bit by bit.. really couldn't have cut it any lower??!!

You hollow it out with a chisel and heat gun.
