Jarick 5 Report post Posted July 1, 2007 I used to play at the BIG on rink 3.. an interesting sidenote, rink 1 has been torn out and they're replacing the original sand floor with concrete..The BIG is undergoing a $4 million dollar renovation.I got an e-mail saying the rink hadn't been fully thawed in 37 years and as a result had 14 feet of permafrost underneath it.
