Floor at TORHS Nationals

I'm playin at the TORHS Nationals this week, and i just played my game on the ice rink that was converted to roller. Anyone know what the tile is officially called? it's got small holes, and is just an amazing floor to play on.

is that what it's actually called? it's really amazing, i've never seen such traction on a floor without terribly damaging your equipment.

I haven't seen the Torhs rink so I don't know for sure what it is, but if its what I'm thinking of its Ice Court. And from my experience it shreds wheels faster than Freddy Krueger.

I believe its "Excess". Made by Ice court.

we have ice court at our local rink. IT has a covering but it isnt inclosed. It has great traction but it breaks and cracks and warps alot.

If its the Excess, I hear itw meant to be good, but the regular Ice court is a killer

I love the regular ice court. You need to put something under the excess, or it feels "plasticy" when you stickhandle and skate
