Recommended Posts

There hasn't been much talk about it, and i was thinking about buying one. but does anyone have past experience with one. Is the Fuel line any better?

I have a V-hex, and am quite happy with it. i haven't used the fuel so I don't really know what to tell you as comparison, but the v-hex has been through some battles and is standing up quite nicely.

I have both, and honestly I like the V-Hex more. Although the Fuel is a "better" stick, I find the balance and puck feel to surpass the performance of the Fuel line. While both are great sticks, I would be more likely to purchase the V-Hex again as opposed to the Fuel.

Is the blade chippinglike the HEX-1? that was a pain.

No sir, i have now had the v-hex just as long as I had my previous Hex-1 and it's still standing up with no cracks at all in the blade/heel

Not to thread-jack here but...can anyone tell me what would be the Bauer P88 equivilent in a V-Hex Jr blade? Looking at the description is appears to be the "new" Hossa pattern. The only thing that's messing me up is that they are calling it a PM9 which makes me think Bauer Hossa/St. Louis, TPS Tkachuck, Easton Forsberg. I ask because my boy wants one for the fall and currently uses a P88 that he likes. Second choice would be a Sakic/ Draper curve. Thanks.
