I soon will be in the market for a new stick and was wondering for those of you who have swithched or used both how is the transition and do these sticks at all compare to each other.

if you want a one90, i'd look into the shaft/blade combo to save some dough. the one90 OPS retails for around $200 here, whereas i've seen the shaft anywhere from $100 to as low as $80, even if you throw a composite blade in there thats still about a $50 savings. just something to consider.

They're different. One90 OPS has a taper (albeit small) and the shaft has none (I think).

I think they do.

I have been using a two piece since the aluminums first came out, and I am pleasantly surprised with the velocity and accuracy of the One90 OPS....not to mention the decrease in overall weight. I think weight is overrated in most equipment...especially the arguments on skates...but on sticks there is a lot to the argument. It certainly takes less work to gain velocity.

I was a stealth user (05'version) but converted into One90. I wasn't happy about the stealth shaft. It is indeed lighter than the one90 but is thinner and more roundish shape. I was looking for more of boxier shaft.

Though I really liked the stealth blade, I decided to go with One90 since I was more focused on the shaft.
