Replacing Shell for 6k Pants?

The shell on my Rbk 6k pants has become pretty shredded, to the point of barely covering the thigh pads. I was thinking instead of buying a whole new pair I could just cut the remaining shell off and put a new shell on like you would do with a girdle. Any problems with this that I should be aware of before I go buying a shell and cutting away?

You should be able to do that just fine. The shell on the european model is attached with zippers so it is easily changed

The North American version is an one-piece pant. You can put a pant shell over your pants and be done with it, or just buy a new pair.

Just a question...where would you find pant shells and about how much would it be.

Any shop can order shells if they don't stock them and they should be $25-$45

just checked out the new model 6K pants and i was istaken last years were interchagable as were the Jofa pants.Sorry for any wrong info

No, last year they were still one-piece.

The European version is a two-piece pant. Not in North America.
