Can ONE90 gloves be repalmed?

yes, but with a different than retail palm.

The glove has to be essentially "re-built." The palm/lycra glove it came with would be replaced by a standard synthetic palm and gussets would have to be added to hold the palm in place. When the job was done, the gloves would look like ONE90 Pro Stock! It would be expensive to do knowing the guys who have done re-palming for me for over 25 years.

i plan on just patching up the hole with a piece of thin leather or something when mine bust completely through...shouldn't be too long now.

i am pretty sure NBH has replacement palms for the one90. when i got mine from them, i had an option to buy a set of palms too.

Would it be possible to have a more traditional nash palm installed on them? How much do you think this will cost me.

I'd ask around your community and see where the local pro/college team has their leather work done. In Minnesota, the Wild have their gloves repalmed at a shoe repair place in St. Paul. I've had an old pair of broken in gloves repalmed for what, I think, was $50. The entire palm was stripped out and new leather, with reinforcement at the heel of the palm was sewn in beautifully. The life of my gloves was extended at least 2 years. It was cash well spent.
