Bauer XIV skates

So i did a search, and couldn't find what i was looking for. I found a pair of Vapor XIVs at a scheel's around here, and they fit pretty well. They're used, but there's a lot of steel left and no visible damage or anything. Does anyone have any experience with these skates? I'm looking to get a little better skate, but don't have a ton of $$$ to spend right now.

Not a bad skate, I probably wouldn't spend more than $100-125 on it used. I'm a big fan of the XIX skate though if you can find them.

its a pretty decent skate. It is a mid end skate but if you can find a close out pair of XIX get taht its amazing!

well, i just went out and picked them up for $100. Should be a step up from my CCM 92s lol
