They usually dont sell anything game used by Kovalev or Koivu, dont know why, but they keep them!

Most of those guys stuff are too custom to sell, Skates and stuff are weird

not at all, its to limit ebayers to make profits off items that were worn by the team's star.

as for prices, last time it looked like this:

Helmets: 50$ and up (I got a breand new 8k with visor for 150$)

pants: 100$ & up depending on condition

skates: no idea

sticks starting at 100$ for used ones and around 175$ for brand new

gloves: starting at 50$ depending on condition

They will have RBK practice jerseys as well this year and some gamers...

The sale is not on the site yet? thats weird!

trust me, they even announced it at last saturday's game! :D

As the week goes by, my interest for this thing is fadind...

For some reason, 2 hours of drive on a saturday morning to wait hours to maybe have an opportunity to grab stuff is losing its appeal...

Get a couple buddies to go with you, weekend road trips are tons of fun. See the city afterwards, go to a restaurant with the lady, etc.

Or just don't go. The prices (hopefully) might be lower since they're clearing training camp items, not season end items. But all of the items are available at retail, just not in Habs blue with logos and names.

Don't let the fact that you're doing people a favor to get some other stuff for them force you to go. I and they will live without all that jazz.

Honestly I want to go but earing all that negative stuff about the crowds turns me off, I want that stuff to use so I'm going to look for the right size etc, i know some guys will be fishing for memerobilia and i hate there grab and go attitude...

Your right about that, my list is getting long

:( I was at the Sens sale and I got there in the early morning hours. The first person in line was there @ midnight and the doors opened that morning @ 9am. I'm sure the Canadiens sale will be similiar if not longer than an 9hrs wait in line.

I'll try and get pics of the koivu later, it's pretty much a straight blade

The sale was nice, not alot of people compared to last time.

Sticks were 100$ for used ones, 150-170$ for new ones

I saw some One90 skates for 75$ (Yes... 75$) also saw Kovalev's CCM tacks (don't remember the price)

Helmets were around 75-100$, visor included... new pants were 200$ (brand new). Practice jerseys were 75$, and some training camp jerseys were 125$

socks were 5$ (got myself a pair)

Did they still have Josh Gorges San Jose helmet left from the last sale. Lots of people picked it up...looked at it, and put it down *L*
