I'm wondering if there's any difference between the CCM and Merrell OxySox. I was poking around EBAY and the composition of the socks seems to be the same. I was curiuos if it's a matter of one company having bought out the other? Thanks.

No, OxySox makes socks for both Merrell and CCM. Merrell is a shoe company.

I have Merrell OxySox that aren't like CCMs.

YES. Don't get the Merrell, it's super thick. I asked the guy on eBay about it and he said they're both the same. Liar!

Do yours have the padding at the bottom? I have 3 pairs of the CCM one and while they're certainly not thinner than the UA crews they feel pretty good and very breathable!

He's still got one of the better deals on OxySox, maybe he just doesn't know his industry.

Keep in mind that OxySox makes different socks for different applications. The hockey sock will be thinner than the hiking sock.

The Merrell ones I had were for dress shoes.

Has anyone seen them in larger sizes? Seems they only go up to shoe size 12 (and don't be confused by sock sizes, they are, for some reason, 2-3 larger than shoe size).

I'd like to try them, but I can't find any for shoe size 14 :(
