NBH One90 Girdle

Recommended Posts

With my ass getting bigger and filling my pants more I've decided its time to invest in a new pair.

As I primarily play inline I have become very used to the added movement that an inline girdle gives you and now find ice pants are very bulky.

I'm just wondering if anyone has used the One90 ice girdle and what they think of it. Does it give you much more movement? How is the protection, does it compare to that of a regular pair of pants? Would you recommend it or would I be better off getting a pair of pants?

P.S. Done a search but I couldn't find anything helpful

I switched over to the old bauer vapor girdle and shell this summer. It took a little while to get used to the snug fit but now I really like it, the protection is great, no shifting everything stays just where it's supposed to.

I changed from tackla 5000 to a Bauer MBP girdle about 4 years ago. No regrets here. As griff said, it took a while to get used to the snug fit, but I have no problems with it.

I like the fact that I can wear a variety of different shells too. I've sorta started collecting them. And my jersey doesn't get tucked into my pants anymore. . . . i always hated that.

Tried on a handful of girdles about a year ago, including the One90. The One90 had great mobility and protection in a very minnimal design that was quite mobile. Had it fit my body properly I would have gone with it, but I found that the Easton Synergy was a touch shorter in the leg pad department (I have big and short quads) and fit my body type better.

I have the Tackla 9000 Air pants right now and want to get rid of them in favor of a girdle. I as well tried the One 90 on and didn't like the feel. I am looking in to the Easton Synergy which I liked. I like pants and I am not sure I want to change as of yet. The problem I have is I am 5'9" and have a 40 waist. I have a hard time finding pants that fit properly due to my unbalanced body lol. So I am looking into the girdle for the fix. To give me a more snug and less slop in movment like in pants. If I could find a pant that works like a girdle I would get that pant. I am told the RBK line works like that but, I have heard bad things about them. I have heard unless you get prostock they fall apart. I looked at them as well and they look cheap. Any recomendations. Thanks

I got the One90 girdle for this season. I had gone through a couple pairs of Mission M1 pants, which I liked, but the comfort and mobility of the One90 blows them away. Should have switched earlier.

I've posted this before but... When Cooper started the girdle craze foreever ago I was one of the last guys in town to switch. In fact I switched after some friends had switched back, a friend lent me a pair he no longer used. I'm a resistant to change kind of guy, I guess that's why I loved the army and now the fire service. I have never gone back. The girdle just feels so much better, fluid, freer tough to decribe. But I could never go back. You do give up some protection in your ass area. But the trade off is all the padding stays where it is supposed to be and doesn't shift around. I chipped my tail bone once, wearing regular pants that shifted as I was knocked on my ass. Try a pair you'll be sold.
