i was just wondering why there is such a huge price difference between these 2 pants. i didn't really notice a huge difference between the two. am i missing something here?

Okay thanks but what i was wondering about more were the things you tell from on ice experience. So the xxx-lite provides more protection...does that mean that the xx-lite would be lighter and provide more mobility?
