Different size holders

Hey Guys, I posted this questions last week with no answer, I wanted to ask one more time, before I decide I am screwed.

I bought 704's with 256mm t-blades on a size 6 skate, I wanted to switch the t-blades off, for either Lightspeeds or Razor II both 254mm, the tech at the shop said drilling new holes would overlap with the existing and create a big hole and it wouldn't work.

Has anyone had this problem? Any solution?

Does anyone else other the t-blade make a 256mm holder?(I can't find one)

Am I stuck with t-blades?

It's the same length...

Only holes that will work will be the front or the back holes.

If he knows what he's doing, he can get it done.

Why not go up to 263's and get a little extra steel on the ice and not have to worry about over laping holes?

263 I think will be too big for a size 6W skate, 704's are a pretty narrow W, and the 256 almost fall off the edges.
