Finding NOS skates

I work with an assistant coach who I want to do a favor for. Does anyone know where I can find Pro quality 8.5 skates for under $150? He's on Nike Zooms, so I thought I'd look for Micron Mega 10-90, Daoust or Bauer 8090. These are the older pro quality skates that I thought would be in my budget and fit his foot type....but I can't find any in 8.5. Any ideas on where to look and other possible models?

Some background: He has three kids playing travel now, so he spends all his money on their gear and none on his own. His size and level of gamet requires pro level skates, but today's top shelf wheels are budget busters for a guy with three little players of his own to buy for....so I'm looking to get him some budget friendly, pro skates from the past.

Perani's (hockeyworld.com) is the king of NOS as far as i can tell. check their site, maybe make a few phone calls.

I have a pair of Vapor 8's from when they were the top of the line Vapor (99-00) that a team in the UHL got me, but I tried in one skate and decided to stick with being a tacks guy. I am not sure of size on them, i will look in garage. If you want, PM me and I will provide pics and more detailed stats on the skate...
