bauer blade in warrior shaft

I just replaced my brooken bauer vapor xv tapered shaft with a warrior dolomite shaft and it doesn't seem like the bauer blade fits correctly. It was a real tight squeeze and the balde is still about 1/4 " from being all the way in the shaft. Does anyone else use this combo? Am I going to break the shaft by using this blade?

XV blade and Dolomite shaft? My XXX lite I picked up today fits into my dolo no problem

Is the dolo shaft new, if it was used and has had a blade in it before, maybe there is some leftover glue thats preventing the blade to go in all the way? Try looking in the shaft.

Whatever you do, don't try heating the shaft up to expand it a little, tried that with my XV and a very tight fitting synthesis, and now the XV looks like it has a minor bulge after taking it out, and when I took out the synthesis, the shaft wasn't perfectly rectangular, but no blown out blades yet playing with it.

I think there's a thread about this a while ago. Warrior shafts are kinda inconsistent, sometimes I have trouble fitting Dolo blades in mine.
