one90 replacement blade

My OPS is starting to crack close to the bottom of the shaft. Do you know if this: http://www.hockeymonkey.com/nbh-hockey-rep...e-one90-sr.html will be a direct replacement for my stick? Or will i need to flip my One90 shaft around and insert the new blade in the handel? Or is this blade designed for a One90 shaft?

It's designed for a tapered replacement blade. Find one you like and enjoy.

You are going to have to cut the shaft, trial and error style, in small sections until you find the spot where that blade will fit in if it is a One90 shaft. Depending on the stick you are putting it in, you may be able to heat up the bottom and pull out the blade.

the link you posted is for the one90 blade, which is a STANDARD blade. that will NOT fit your broken OPS one90 unless you flip it over.

If you cut the existing blade off, in small sections using trial and error, you can keep most of the length and hit the taper zone to fit a tapered blade. I cut my one90 ops blade off, and was able to fit the warrior dolo II tapered blade in there, and i only lost about 1/2" off the total length.

I have tried to locate the correct tapered blade on-line and can only find the Standard Blade. Please let me know if you know where to purchase these blades.

If you want to stick with nike bauer, their tapered blade is the XXX Lite. I also have a broken one90 and put a RBK 7k blade in. You should be able to find these and most online stores.

nike bauer does not make a one90 tapered replacement blade. Their one90 true shaft and blade combo is a standard combo.

any other tapered blades will work in a cut one90 ops though
