Stick Blades coming Loose

Does anyone have problems with their blades coming loose from their shaft every so often?

I've learned that the tapered shafts stay tighter longer but is there any way to prevent them from becoming loose other than tape?

tape or extra glue are about the only solutions I can muster up...

This has nothing to do with a shaft being tight or becoming otherwise. Glue on the blade breaks when it's cold, so I always put tape on there.

Reminds me of a friend who thought shafts would expand during play (genius) and then would later hammer the shaft to tighten it up (absolute genius).

yeah i've had that problem before and the only thing i can think of is just a lot of extra glue...seems to work for me.
