After doing a little research I have found that they were/are a rather expensive glove. If they are indeed the x90 and you can scoop them for 50 clams, do it. If you don't like them I'm sure they will sell well here or on fleaBay. You might even make a few bucks. All depends on what kind of condition they are in and what size they are.

iirc the X-90s had a feature similar to easton's wristwrap, but with more hard plastic and it also seemed to be a bit more flexible. I believe it was called F.C.R. or something along those lines.

I concur. Grab them. If their in decent shape they are a real steal at that price. Only thing bad I've heard about Eagles is the palms tend wear out rather quickly on some models but otherwise they are a great glove.

I wear Easton gloves with the smart cuff. I'm probably one of the few people that really don't mind them so to me the Eagle's would be just fine. At fifty bucks though you would still be getting a good glove even if you did cut off the cuffs. If I where you I'd leave them on for a bit to see if you could get used to them like I did with my Eastons. Their really not that bad once you've adjusted to the feel.
