hockey39 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 If you like direct "kill em all" mentality, that's what AVPR was. Ending was a big lame but again, good if you want to go straight to the "killing" this is for you. The way the Pred-alien inpregnates humans definitely gives the whole new meaning to giving head ..Hockey39

Nov101775 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 AWEFUL. There are to many problems to list. But I'll try. Helicopter pilots who can drive strykers. And steal NVG's. The M4 of unending ammo (Man I wish we had these, it would be easier than carring so many mags)(funny that that had unlimted ammo, but the Predators gun had to recharge...) The sherrif who doesn't tcall the FBI when one of his deputies gets skinneed and hung in a tree. I could go on but, who cares? At least the predator in this movie actually seamed deadly where as the ones in the last movie seemed like un-coordinated ogres. And the Aliens wern't bullet proof, although the Predator still seems to be. It was different to see, the death of kids onscreen, right I mean this is a new trend in movies, think 20 or even 10 years ago, the idea of a child dieing onstage was unheard of. over all on a scale of 1 to 10...I give it the finger.an hour and a half of my life i cant get back. Jason Harris 31 Report post Posted December 28, 2007 It wasn't scary as some of the interviews suggested it would be, but a fun B movie nonetheless. The acting was definitely terrible, as they went with no-names to lower costs. And, yes, I agree there were quite a few lapses of logic. A glaring one to me is twenty National Guardsmen couldn't shoot straight enough to kill the Aliens, but the town stragglers were able to pick up the discarded weapons and fire at will. Here's another one. An alarm goes off on the Predators' world and a sentry reviews the video to see what wrong. Either the guy was a detective, macho or a Clean-Up Man, but he doesn't enlist the help of any colleagues. Instead, 24 hours later, he's hunting Predaliens on Earth.
