Can anyone explain to me what it means when someone says they read someone the riot act. I am watching the World Junoirs and Pierre was saying when Jonathon Bernier was sent down to Junoirs he lost his first two games and the second game a scout for L.A. was there and afterwards met with Bernier and read him the Riot Act..
