Length can be stretched a bit, but you will never convert a D into an EE width.

The front part of a skate just behind the toe box certainly be widened with a boot stretcher, we do this all the time. It depends on model skate how much they'll give, older traditional models stretch well. Getting E width up front is easy, a Bauer EE is not a real EE, more like a E, so perhaps itretching might work for you, but it's prob too much of a chance to take with the ebay purchase..
